Isto aplica-se a produtos\u00a0<strong>comercializados na UE<\/strong>\u00a0fabricados em qualquer parte do mundo.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00b0ea;\"><strong>QUANDO \u00c9 QUE A MARCA\u00c7\u00c3O CE \u00c9 OBRIGAT\u00d3RIA?<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Esta marca\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>s\u00f3 \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3ria para os produtos aos quais se aplicam especifica\u00e7\u00f5es da UE que requerem a aposi\u00e7\u00e3o da marca\u00e7\u00e3o CE<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Alguns produtos est\u00e3o sujeitos a v\u00e1rios requisitos da UE em simult\u00e2neo. Antes de apor a marca\u00e7\u00e3o ao seu produto, deve certificar-se de que este cumpre todos os requisitos aplic\u00e1veis. \u00c9 proibido apor aos produtos para os quais n\u00e3o existem especifica\u00e7\u00f5es da UE ou para os quais as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es da UE existentes n\u00e3o requerem a aposi\u00e7\u00e3o da mesma.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00b0ea;\"><strong>COMO OBTER A MARCA\u00c7\u00c3O CE?<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Enquanto fabricante, \u00e9 o\u00a0<strong>\u00fanico respons\u00e1vel<\/strong>\u00a0pela declara\u00e7\u00e3o de\u00a0<strong>conformidade<\/strong>\u00a0do produto com todos os requisitos aplic\u00e1veis. N\u00e3o precisa de uma licen\u00e7a para apor a marca\u00e7\u00e3o CE no seu produto, mas, antes de o fazer, deve:<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section
